1. Open your Frontpage web and create a survey composed of:

gender

classification

choice of transportation modes (including driving, bus, taxi and

preferred dessert (Chocolate mousse, New York style cheese cake, Napoleőn, Brownies, and Lime Sherbet)

Name

Instructions:

1. Open Frontpage. Go to File --> Open Web. At the Open Web Box, look for the Folder name box and type:

http://trainrss.unt.edu/<ID>/

and click Open. Note: you need to have the ID and password provided to access the web.

2. Login using the userid and password provided.

2. Send the results to your email and simultaneously a comma-delimited database.

3. Try five submission and open the database using SPSS.

Hint: Remember to identify single-response items, multiple-response items, alphanumeric entries and associate these items with corresponding field values.
